Next week starts Band Camp Week #2 but it’s also time for our band family potluck and mandatory parent meeting on Thursday August 22, 2019 @ 5:30pm. Here’s a preview of what to expect. We hope to see you all there!

8:00am – 5:00pm Band Camp Week #2 starts – All Students
5:30pm Band Family Potluck *
7:00pm Mandatory Parent & Student Disney / Marching Season Meeting **
7:30-9:00pm End of Band Camp Activity Night
* Boosters will provide plates, silverware, lemonade and water. Please bring a dish to share (either a main dish, appetizer, salad, fruit or dessert) and signup here: http://bit.ly/
** Our mandatory parent & student marching season meeting will start promptly at 7pm. We have a lot to cover and share with you about marching season and Disney trip. Please have at least one parent/guardian representative attend this meeting as there is important information being distributed and changes to talk about.

End of Band Camp Activity Night (Students only)
Meet at High School Cafetaria @ 7:30pm
The kids have been working hard during band camp and it’s time to celebrate the end of band camp. All students should plan on staying for the closing activities. Please plan on picking them up at 9pm.
